MOVE

Our classic MOVE! class runs on Mondays. We’ve all been there, when we’ve over indulged over the weekend and we just need to get moving again, bump up the heart rate, sweat it out and get back on track. MOVE! is perfect for this.

GRIND

The cornerstone of our program is GRIND! It’s exactly what it sounds like, a long, tough slog. But fear not, you’ll be slugging it out in a small team, so the load can be shared.
